Overview
NodCircle (“nodcircle.com”) respects your right to control your personal data. If you would like to permanently delete your account and the data associated with it, follow the steps below. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your NodCircle account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@nodcircle.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered email address in the body of the email so we can locate your account.
- Wait for confirmation. Our team will verify your identity and send you a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted. This process takes up to 30 days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account credentials (email address and password)
- Profile information (name, job title, company, skills, and experience)
- All messages and conversations
- Job listings and referral requests posted by your account
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained after account deletion for the purposes and periods described below:
